Commemorative Tree Planting Northubmerland Park Tuesday 4th July 11.45am
The Elect6ed Mayor and chairman of North Tyneside Council will oversee the planting of a tree in commeration of five seamen, killed on 3rd February 1917. The tree planting is part oof a programme of events to mark 100 years since American forces joined the allied war effort in World war One.
Dog Oscars Heritage Weekend 9th September 12pm to 5pm.
Dog registration from 10am. £1.50 per dog per category, spectors FREE.
Awards for dogs that look most like their owners and ones who just can't stop wagging their tails. Plus live music from the band stand, a hog roast and find out more about the fascinating history of the park. Hog Roast: tickets at £4 per person available in advance only fron the Glasshouse Tea Room (on saale from 7th August).
Northumberland Park North Shields Launch Festival & Feast 2016
